- 内容：This study investigated the effectiveness of different - shaped silicone insoles in reducing plantar soft tissue strain and pressure. A custom - molded silicone insole that allows ultrasound to pass through was used in the experiment. The results showed that the custom - molded insole could significantly reduce soft tissue strain and plantar pressure under the second and third metatarsal heads compared with the barefoot condition and pre - fabricated insoles, while the metatarsal pad could only significantly reduce soft tissue strain. It is concluded that a custom - molded silicone insole is more effective than a pre - fabricated one.
