With more than 20 years of track record in precision contract manufacturing, we provide an integrated service covering R&D, ID design, precision mold development, smart production, product assembly, brand contract manufacturing and global cross-border services, and have built a mature and fully executable smart manufacturing system across the entire industrial chain together with an international delivery system. Production and smart manufacturing system: We operate a standardized smart production base of 10,000 m², fully equipped with high-precision automated production equipment and smart production lines. All processes are managed in-house to realize standardized production. Main equipment lineup: more than ten CNC precision mold machining machines, 8 high-speed EDM machines, more than thirty solid silicone molding machines, more than twenty liquid silicone injection molding machines, more than ten silicone dip-coating lines, more than twenty PVC dip-coating lines, more than twenty precision injection molding machines, more than ten acrylic precision machining lines, and 3 automatic coating lines; plus 3 Japanese Senno high-speed molding machines and 3 domestic high-end automatic molding machines. We handle the entire in-house chain from mold development, precision molding and dip processing through injection molding, acrylic precision machining and product assembly, fully guaranteeing product accuracy, process stability and on-time delivery, and meeting the mass-production, high-quality and standardized manufacturing needs of customers worldwide.
R&D and team system: We have more than 400 employees in total, including over 200 at the Huayang head office. We have built a complete R&D innovation system and a standardized quality management system, staffed with more than ten veteran ID designers, structural engineers and process engineers with over 10 years of experience, more than ten dedicated R&D personnel, and more than thirty quality-control staff. To date, we have obtained approximately 40 patents in total, including invention patents, utility model patents and design patents. Taking talent development and technological innovation as our twin engines, we continuously introduce advanced production processes and modern management systems.
