- 内容：This article presents a case of using an intra - uterine silicone plate to prevent re - adhesions after hysteroscopic adhesiolysis in a 36 - year - old woman with Asherman syndrome. After the hysteroscopic adhesiolysis, the silicone plate was inserted into the uterine cavity and left for 1 month. As a result, no intra - uterine adhesions were observed in the subsequent examination, and the patient got pregnant and delivered a healthy baby after embryo transfer. The conclusion is that the silicone plate can be a useful tool for preventing re - adhesion without serious complications.
