This adjustable wrist weight is wrapped in soft silicone and carries internal weight blocks that fit the wrist comfortably without pressing the skin during exercise.

Split weight blocks let you adjust the load as needed, and the hook-and-loop strap tightens freely to fit any wrist size and put on easily. It resists sweat and water, does not rust or develop odors, and rinses clean. Available in simple black and gray.

Suited to yoga, jogging, fitness, and home workouts; it can also be worn on the ankle to add load to exercise and support fat burning. Compact and easy to store, ideal for gym sessions, walking, and indoor exercise to help build a toned physique.
